Im Akutbereich sind Fachkompetenz, Aufmerksamkeit und eine gute Zusammenarbeit entscheidend. Verschiedene Institutionen in der Region Luzern bieten dir die Möglichkeit, deine Erfahrung als Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH (60-100 %) im Rahmen eines temporären Einsatzes einzubringen. Dich erwarten vielseitige Pflegesituationen, unterschiedliche Fachbereiche und ein dynamisches Arbeitsumfeld, in dem du Verantwortung übernimmst und dein Wissen gezielt einsetzen kannst.

Deine Aufgaben beim neuen Arbeitgeber:

  • Übernimm die fachgerechte Pflege und Betreuung von Patientinnen und Patienten in unterschiedlichen und teilweise komplexen Pflegesituationen
  • Steuere den gesamten Pflegeprozess von der Einschätzung über die Planung bis zur Durchführung und Evaluation
  • Erkenne Veränderungen des Gesundheitszustands frühzeitig, setze Prioritäten und leite die notwendigen Massnahmen ein
  • Arbeite eng mit dem ärztlichen Dienst und weiteren Fachbereichen zusammen und trage zu einer koordinierten Behandlung bei

  • Du verfügst über einen Abschluss als Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH oder über eine entsprechende SRK Anerkennung
