Langzeitpflege bedeutet, Menschen nicht nur in einzelnen Pflegesituationen zu erleben, sondern ihren Alltag ein Stück weit mitzugestalten. Für eine Institution suchen wir eine Fachfrau Gesundheit EFZ / einen Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ (60-100 %) für einen temporären Einsatz.

Neben deinem pflegerischen Können sind hier auch Aufmerksamkeit, Humor und ein gutes Gespür für die kleinen Dinge gefragt. Du arbeitest in einem Umfeld, in dem professionelle Pflege und persönliche Begegnungen ganz selbstverständlich zusammengehören.

Deine Aufgaben beim neuen Arbeitgeber:

  • Du gestaltest den Pflegealltag der Bewohnenden aktiv mit und unterstützt sie dort, wo im täglichen Leben Hilfe gefragt ist
  • Pflegerische und medizinaltechnische Verrichtungen übernimmst du innerhalb deiner FaGe-Kompetenzen fachgerecht
  • Weil du die Bewohnenden regelmässig erlebst, fallen dir Veränderungen auf und du gibst wichtige Beobachtungen gezielt weiter
  • Gemeinsam mit dem Pflegeteam sorgst du dafür, dass neben den pflegerischen Aufgaben auch persönliche Gewohnheiten und Wünsche ihren Platz im Alltag behalten

Du bietest deinem neuen Arbeitgeber:

  • Deine Ausbildung als Fachfrau Gesundheit EFZ / Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ oder eine entsprechende SRK-Anerkennung hast du erfolgreich abgeschlossen
  • Erfahrung in der Langzeitpflege ist von Vorteil und hilft dir, dich schnell mit den Abläufen und Anforderungen vertraut zu machen
  • Du kennst deine Kompetenzen als FaGe und setzt dein pflegerisches sowie medizinaltechnisches Wissen sicher im Berufsalltag ein
  • Ein respektvoller Umgang mit älteren Menschen ist für dich selbstverständlich und auch für ein Lächeln oder einen humorvollen Moment bleibt bei dir Platz
