Für verschiedene Spitäler und Akutbereiche suchen wir Dipl. Pflegefachpersonen HF/FH (60-100 %) für temporäre Einsätze. Ob du bereits ein bestimmtes Fachgebiet im Blick hast oder offen für ein neues Umfeld bist, gemeinsam schauen wir, welche Möglichkeiten zu deinem bisherigen Werdegang passen. So bringst du deine Akuterfahrung gezielt ein und lernst gleichzeitig neue Teams, Strukturen und Arbeitsweisen kennen.

Deine Aufgaben beim neuen Arbeitgeber:

  • Übernimm die pflegerische Verantwortung für Patientinnen und Patienten während ihres Spitalaufenthalts
  • Beurteile Pflegesituationen fachlich und entscheide, welche Massnahmen aktuell erforderlich sind
  • Führe anspruchsvolle pflegerische und medizinaltechnische Tätigkeiten sicher und routiniert durch
  • Bring deine Einschätzungen bei Visiten und Fallbesprechungen ein und arbeite eng mit Medizin sowie weiteren Fachbereichen zusammen

Du bietest deinem neuen Arbeitgeber:

  • Du verfügst über ein Diplom als Pflegefachperson HF/FH oder eine entsprechende SRK-Anerkennung
  • Du bringst Berufserfahrung aus einem Akutspital mit und fühlst dich im stationären Umfeld fachlich sicher
  • Du erkennst relevante Veränderungen rasch und kannst daraus die richtigen pflegerischen Prioritäten ableiten
