Für verschiedene Spitäler und Akutbereiche suchen wir Dipl. Pflegefachpersonen HF/FH für temporäre Einsätze mit einem Pensum von 60 bis 100 %. Je nach deiner bisherigen Erfahrung, deinen fachlichen Stärken und deiner Verfügbarkeit kommen unterschiedliche Einsatzmöglichkeiten für dich infrage. Gemeinsam schauen wir, welcher Bereich zu dir passt und wo du dein Fachwissen optimal einbringen kannst.

Deine Aufgaben beim neuen Arbeitgeber

  • Die professionelle Pflege und Betreuung deiner Patientinnen und Patienten gehört zu deinen zentralen Aufgaben
  • Du planst, steuerst und evaluierst den individuellen Pflegeprozess und stellst eine bedarfsgerechte Versorgung sicher
  • Gesundheitliche Veränderungen erkennst du frühzeitig und leitest die entsprechenden pflegerischen Massnahmen ein
  • Im Arbeitsalltag arbeitest du eng mit dem ärztlichen Dienst sowie weiteren Fachbereichen zusammen

  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH oder eine entsprechende SRK Anerkennung bildet deine fachliche Grundlage
  • Idealerweise bringst du bereits Berufserfahrung in der Akutpflege mit und findest dich in einem dynamischen Spitalumfeld gut zurecht
  • Selbstständiges, strukturiertes und verantwortungsbewusstes Arbeiten ist für dich selbstverständlich
