In der Spitex sieht Pflege jeden Tag ein bisschen anders aus. Für eine Spitex-Organisation suchen wir eine Dipl. Pflegefachfrau HF/FH / einen Dipl. Pflegefachmann HF/FH (60-100 %) für einen temporären Einsatz.

Du lernst nicht nur unterschiedliche Pflegesituationen kennen, sondern auch den Alltag und das Umfeld der Menschen dahinter. Dabei hast du die Freiheit, vor Ort dein Fachwissen einzusetzen, und gleichzeitig ein Team im Rücken, auf das du dich verlassen kannst.

Deine Aufgaben beim neuen Arbeitgeber:

  • Du übernimmst geplante Pflegeeinsätze bei Klientinnen und Klienten und stimmst die Betreuung auf ihre aktuelle Situation ab
  • Von Medikamentenmanagement bis zu anspruchsvolleren pflegerischen Verrichtungen setzt du dein Fachwissen direkt vor Ort ein
  • Du erkennst, wenn sich der Pflegebedarf verändert, und sorgst dafür, dass die nächsten Schritte entsprechend angepasst werden
  • Angehörige, Ärzteschaft und weitere Fachpersonen beziehst du gezielt ein und hältst relevante Informationen in der Pflegedokumentation fest

Du bietest deinem neuen Arbeitgeber:

  • Du bist Dipl. Pflegefachfrau HF/FH / Dipl. Pflegefachmann HF/FH oder verfügst über eine entsprechende SRK-Anerkennung
  • Erfahrung in der Spitex bringst du idealerweise bereits mit und kennst dadurch die Besonderheiten der Pflege im häuslichen Umfeld
  • Du kannst Pflegesituationen sicher einschätzen und weisst, wann du selbst handelst und wann weitere Fachpersonen einbezogen werden sollten
  • Der direkte Kontakt mit Klientinnen, Klienten und Angehörigen liegt dir und du trittst auch in deren persönlichem Umfeld professionell und sicher auf

  • Mit 60-100 % bleibt genügend Spielraum, um deinen Einsatz so zu wählen, wie er gerade in dein Leben passt
  • Du bringst deine Vorstellungen mit und wir kümmern uns darum, daraus konkrete Stellenmöglichkeiten zu machen
