Für einen temporären Einsatz in einer psychiatrischen Institution in der Region Luzern suchen wir eine Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH mit einem Pensum von 60 bis 100 %. Du begleitest Menschen in unterschiedlichen psychischen Lebenssituationen, gestaltest tragfähige professionelle Beziehungen und übernimmst Verantwortung für den Pflegeprozess. Dabei arbeitest du eng mit verschiedenen Berufsgruppen zusammen und bringst deine pflegerische Perspektive aktiv in die Behandlung ein.

Zuhören gehört dazu, professionell handeln genauso

  • Du begleitest Patientinnen und Patienten individuell durch unterschiedliche Krankheitsphasen und gestaltest die therapeutische Beziehung professionell und ressourcenorientiert
  • Den Pflegeprozess planst, steuerst und evaluierst du eigenverantwortlich und richtest deine Massnahmen an der aktuellen Situation sowie den vereinbarten Behandlungszielen aus
  • Veränderungen im psychischen und körperlichen Befinden erkennst du aufmerksam, schätzt Situationen fachlich ein und leitest innerhalb deiner Kompetenzen geeignete Massnahmen ein
  • Gemeinsam mit Ärzteschaft, Psychologie, Sozialdienst und weiteren Fachbereichen sorgst du für eine abgestimmte Behandlung und bringst deine Beobachtungen aktiv ins Team ein

Nähe zulassen, Grenzen kennen

  • Du verfügst über ein Diplom als Pflegefachperson HF/FH oder bei einem ausländischen Abschluss über die entsprechende SRK Anerkennung
  • Erfahrung in der Psychiatrie ist von Vorteil, ebenso willkommen ist fundierte Pflegeerfahrung verbunden mit echtem Interesse an diesem Fachgebiet
  • Du kannst professionelle Nähe aufbauen, gleichzeitig klare Grenzen setzen und auch in herausfordernden Situationen ruhig und reflektiert handeln
  • Eine wertschätzende Kommunikation, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Freude an der interprofessionellen Zusammenarbeit zeichnen dich aus
