In der Spitex beginnt jeder Einsatz dort, wo für deine Klientinnen und Klienten das tägliche Leben stattfindet. Für eine Organisation im ambulanten Pflegebereich suchen wir eine Dipl. Pflegefachfrau HF/FH / einen Dipl. Pflegefachmann HF/FH (60-100 %). Du bringst deine Erfahrung direkt vor Ort ein, lernst unterschiedliche Lebenssituationen kennen und hast den nötigen Spielraum, Pflege passend zur jeweiligen Situation zu gestalten. Gleichzeitig steht hinter jedem Einsatz ein Team, mit dem du dich fachlich austauschen und gemeinsam Lösungen finden kannst.

Deine Aufgaben beim neuen Arbeitgeber:

  • Du besuchst Klientinnen und Klienten zu Hause und übernimmst die pflegerische Verantwortung entsprechend ihrer aktuellen Situation
  • Von der Pflegeplanung bis zu anspruchsvolleren pflegerischen und medizinaltechnischen Aufgaben setzt du dein Fachwissen vielseitig ein
  • Veränderungen erkennst du frühzeitig und entscheidest, welche Anpassungen oder weiteren Abklärungen notwendig sind
  • Im Austausch mit Angehörigen, Ärzteschaft und weiteren Fachpersonen sorgst du dafür, dass die Betreuung auch über deinen Besuch hinaus gut abgestimmt bleibt

Du bietest deinem neuen Arbeitgeber:

  • Dein Diplom als Pflegefachfrau HF/FH / Pflegefachmann HF/FH oder eine entsprechende SRK-Anerkennung hast du bereits in der Tasche
  • Erfahrungen in der Spitex sind willkommen, aber auch mit einem anderen pflegerischen Hintergrund kannst du den Schritt in die ambulante Pflege machen
  • Du traust dir zu, Situationen vor Ort fachlich einzuschätzen und innerhalb deines Verantwortungsbereichs die passenden Entscheidungen zu treffen
  • Organisation liegt dir und du schaffst es, deine Tour im Blick zu behalten, ohne dass der persönliche Kontakt zu den Klientinnen und Klienten zu kurz kommt

  • Statt den ganzen Tag auf derselben Station zu verbringen, bist du in Bewegung und gestaltest deinen Arbeitstag mit wechselnden Einsätzen
  • Du bekommst Einblick in ganz unterschiedliche Lebenssituationen und erweiterst dadurch deinen pflegerischen Blick weit über ein einzelnes Fachgebiet hinaus
  • Zwischen deinen Einsätzen arbeitest du eigenständig, ohne auf fachlichen Rückhalt und den Austausch mit deinem Team verzichten zu müssen
  • Wir schauen gemeinsam hinter die Stelleninserate und klären für dich ab, bei welchem Arbeitgeber nicht nur die Aufgabe, sondern auch das Drumherum zu deinen Vorstellungen passt
