Fortschritte werden in der Reha nicht nur in der Therapie sichtbar, sondern auch beim Aufstehen, Anziehen oder beim nächsten selbstständigen Schritt. In einer Rehabilitationsinstitution in Luzern suchen wir eine Fachfrau Gesundheit EFZ / einen Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ (60-100 %) für einen temporären Einsatz.

Du erlebst Entwicklungen aus nächster Nähe und kannst mit deiner Arbeit täglich etwas dazu beitragen. Dabei bist du Teil eines Teams, in dem Pflege, Physio, Ergo und weitere Fachbereiche gemeinsam auf dasselbe Ziel hinarbeiten.

Ihre Aufgaben beim neuen Arbeitgeber:

  • Du verbindest tägliche Pflege mit gezielter Unterstützung und hilfst Patientinnen und Patienten, wieder mehr selbst zu übernehmen
  • Was in Physio und Ergo trainiert wird, greifst du im Pflegealltag auf und unterstützt dabei, Fortschritte nachhaltig in den Alltag zu übertragen
  • Pflegerische und medizinaltechnische Aufgaben führst du innerhalb deiner FaGe-Kompetenzen sicher aus und behältst Veränderungen aufmerksam im Blick
  • Im Austausch mit Pflege und Therapie teilst du deine Beobachtungen und trägst dazu bei, dass alle am gleichen Reha-Ziel arbeiten

Sie bieten Ihrem neuen Arbeitgeber:

  • Dein Abschluss als Fachfrau Gesundheit EFZ / Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ oder eine entsprechende SRK-Anerkennung bildet deine fachliche Grundlage
  • Erfahrung in der Rehabilitation ist willkommen, aber auch Kenntnisse aus anderen Pflegebereichen können einen spannenden Einstieg ermöglichen
  • Du hast Freude daran, Menschen zu motivieren und auch kleine Fortschritte aufmerksam wahrzunehmen
  • Geduld und Einfühlungsvermögen gehören zu dir und im Austausch mit Pflege und Therapie bringst du dich zuverlässig ins Team ein
