In Obwalden wartet eine Langzeitinstitution auf deine temporäre Unterstützung als Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH mit einem Pensum von 60-100 %. Dein Einsatz ist ab sofort oder nach Vereinbarung möglich.

Hier stehen nicht nur pflegerische Aufgaben im Mittelpunkt, sondern vor allem die Menschen dahinter. Du begleitest Bewohnende über einen längeren Zeitraum, lernst ihre individuellen Bedürfnisse kennen und kannst deine Erfahrung aktiv in den Pflegealltag einbringen.

Gleichzeitig bietet dir der temporäre Einsatz die Möglichkeit, ein neues Arbeitsumfeld kennenzulernen, beruflich flexibel zu bleiben und das Team genau dort zu unterstützen, wo dein Fachwissen gebraucht wird.

Deine Aufgaben beim neuen Arbeitgeber:

  • Mit deiner pflegerischen Fachkompetenz begleitest du die Bewohnenden individuell durch ihren Alltag und stellst eine bedürfnisgerechte und professionelle Versorgung sicher
  • Die Planung, Steuerung und Dokumentation des Pflegeprozesses übernimmst du verantwortungsbewusst und passt die Massnahmen laufend an die persönliche Situation der Bewohnenden an
  • Behandlungspflegerische und medizinaltechnische Aufgaben führst du sicher durch und übernimmst innerhalb deines Kompetenzbereichs Verantwortung im Pflegealltag
  • Im Austausch mit Angehörigen, Ärzten und weiteren Fachpersonen bringst du deine Beobachtungen aktiv ein und trägst zu einer ganzheitlichen Betreuung der Bewohnenden bei

  • Dein Diplom als Pflegefachperson HF/FH oder eine gleichwertige Ausbildung mit Schweizer Anerkennung bildet die fachliche Grundlage für deinen temporären Einsatz
