Für eine Institution in der Region Seeland suchen wir per 1. November 2026 oder nach Vereinbarung eine Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH (50 %). Im Mittelpunkt stehen der Aufbau einer Inhouse-Spitex, die Weiterentwicklung des Pflegedienstes sowie die fachliche Begleitung im Pflegealltag.

Deine Aufgaben beim neuen Arbeitgeber

  • Gestalte die Implementierung der Inhouse-Spitex aktiv mit und übernimm die Bedarfsermittlung mit interRAI HC inklusive Leistungsplanung, -kontrolle und Abrechnung
  • Führe den vierköpfigen Pflegedienst in organisatorischer und personeller Hinsicht und entwickle Strukturen, Prozesse sowie die Pflegequalität weiter
  • Berate Wohngruppen und Ateliers bei pflegerischen Fragestellungen und koordiniere die Zusammenarbeit mit der Heimarztpraxis, Angehörigen, gesetzlichen Vertretungen und weiteren Fachstellen
  • Übernimm medizintechnische Verrichtungen, führe die Verlaufsdokumentation in easyDOK und organisiere sowie begleite medizinische Termine

Du bietest deinem neuen Arbeitgeber

  • Abschluss als Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH, AKP oder DN II sowie Berufserfahrung in einem vergleichbaren Umfeld
  • Erfahrung in der Spitex und mit interRAI HC sowie Erfahrung in der Umsetzung von Projekten im Pflegebereich
  • Führungserfahrung ist erwünscht, idealerweise ergänzt durch eine Führungsausbildung oder die Bereitschaft, eine solche zu absolvieren
  • Aktuelle Kenntnisse in der Akut- und/oder Langzeitpflege, eine selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise, Führerausweis Kategorie B sowie sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft 365
