Für einen temporären Einsatz bei einer Spitex Organisation in der Region Luzern suchen wir eine Fachfrau oder einen Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ mit einem Pensum von 60 bis 100 %. Du bist selbstständig unterwegs, betreust Menschen in ihrem persönlichen Zuhause und gestaltest deinen Pflegealltag mit viel Eigenverantwortung. Gleichzeitig bist du Teil eines Pflegeteams, mit dem du dich austauschst und auf eine koordinierte ambulante Versorgung hinarbeitest.

Deine Aufgaben beim neuen Arbeitgeber:

  • Du besuchst Klientinnen und Klienten zuhause und übernimmst individuell abgestimmte Aufgaben der Grund und Behandlungspflege
  • Medizinaltechnische Verrichtungen führst du innerhalb deiner Kompetenzen selbstständig durch und reagierst aufmerksam auf Veränderungen des Gesundheitszustands
  • Deine Einsätze organisierst du zuverlässig, dokumentierst deine pflegerischen Leistungen sorgfältig und leitest wichtige Beobachtungen an die zuständigen Fachpersonen weiter
  • Mit Pflegefachpersonen, Angehörigen, Ärzteschaft und weiteren Beteiligten arbeitest du eng zusammen und sorgst dafür, dass auch ausserhalb einer Institution eine professionelle Versorgung gewährleistet ist

Du bietest deinem neuen Arbeitgeber:

  • Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachfrau oder Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ oder bei einem ausländischen Abschluss über die entsprechende SRK Anerkennung
  • Erfahrung in der Spitex ist von Vorteil, wichtiger sind jedoch deine Selbstständigkeit und dein Interesse an der ambulanten Pflege
  • Du organisierst dich gut, übernimmst Verantwortung und kannst innerhalb deiner Kompetenzen auch dann sicher handeln, wenn gerade kein Teammitglied neben dir steht
  • Unterschiedliche Menschen, Haushalte und Pflegesituationen bereiten dir Freude und du begegnest ihnen offen, respektvoll und professionell
