Ihre Aufgaben beim neuen Arbeitgeber:

  • Ganzheitliche Pflege: Du stellst eine bedürfnisorientierte Grund- und Behandlungspflege sicher, die auf den individuellen Ressourcen der Patientinnen und Patienten aufbaut
  • Medizinaltechnik & Intervention: Du führst medizinaltechnische Verrichtungen präzise und gemäss aktuellen Expertenstandards sowie den ärztlichen Verordnungen aus
  • Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit: Als kompetente Fachperson agierst du in einem multiprofessionellen Team und leistest einen aktiven Beitrag zur Sicherstellung einer hohen Pflegequalität und zu kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung der Behandlungskonzepte
  • Pflegeprozesssteuerung: Du verantwortest lückenlose Pflegedokumentation und stellst durch eine sorgfältige elektronische Erfassung die Transparenz und Kontinuität der therapeutischen Massnahmen sicher

Sie bieten Ihrem neuen Arbeitgeber:

  • Eine Ausbildung als FaGe EFZ, Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH oder ein SRK-anerkanntes Diplom
