Für einen temporären Einsatz in einer Langzeitinstitution in der Region Luzern suchen wir eine Fachfrau oder einen Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ mit einem Pensum von 60 bis 100 %. Du begleitest Bewohnende durch ihren Alltag und lernst dabei nicht nur ihre pflegerischen Bedürfnisse, sondern auch ihre Gewohnheiten, Vorlieben und Geschichten kennen. Genau diese Kontinuität ermöglicht dir, Veränderungen früh wahrzunehmen und Pflege individuell zu gestalten.

Deine Aufgaben beim neuen Arbeitgeber:

  • Du begleitest Bewohnende individuell durch ihren Tag und unterstützt sie bei der Grund und Behandlungspflege unter Berücksichtigung ihrer Gewohnheiten und Ressourcen
  • Medizinaltechnische Verrichtungen führst du innerhalb deiner Kompetenzen fachgerecht durch und behältst gesundheitliche Veränderungen aufmerksam im Blick
  • Deine Beobachtungen und pflegerischen Leistungen dokumentierst du sorgfältig und gibst relevante Informationen zuverlässig an das Team weiter
  • Im täglichen Austausch mit Pflegefachpersonen, Angehörigen und weiteren Fachpersonen trägst du dazu bei, dass sich professionelle Pflege und persönliche Betreuung sinnvoll ergänzen

Du bietest deinem neuen Arbeitgeber:

  • Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachfrau oder Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ oder bei einem ausländischen Abschluss über die entsprechende SRK Anerkennung
  • Du hast Freude daran, ältere und pflegebedürftige Menschen nicht nur punktuell, sondern über einen längeren Zeitraum persönlich zu begleiten
  • Geduld, Aufmerksamkeit und ein respektvoller Umgang gehören für dich genauso zur Pflege wie zuverlässiges und selbstständiges Arbeiten
  • Auch nach deinem Lehrabschluss bist du herzlich willkommen, wenn du Verantwortung übernehmen und deine ersten Berufserfahrungen in der Langzeitpflege sammeln möchtest

  • Wir besprechen deine Wünsche und Rahmenbedingungen persönlich mit dir und bleiben auch während deines temporären Einsatzes deine Ansprechperson
