In einem Spital in der Region Luzern ist deine Unterstützung als Fachfrau oder Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ gefragt. Für einen temporären Einsatz mit einem Pensum von 60-100 % suchen wir Verstärkung, die sich in einem lebhaften Umfeld wohlfühlt und gerne mit anpackt.

Hier treffen unterschiedliche Krankheitsbilder, wechselnde Situationen und verschiedene Berufsgruppen aufeinander. Genau das macht den Alltag spannend und gibt dir die Möglichkeit, dein Fachwissen einzusetzen, Neues dazuzulernen und wertvolle Erfahrungen in der Akutpflege zu sammeln.

Dein Einsatz kann ab sofort oder nach Vereinbarung starten und wird möglichst passend zu deiner Verfügbarkeit geplant.

Deine Aufgaben beim neuen Arbeitgeber:

  • Im direkten Patientenkontakt übernimmst du vielseitige Aufgaben in der Grund und Behandlungspflege und sorgst für eine professionelle Betreuung während des Spitalaufenthalts
  • Medizinaltechnische Verrichtungen führst du innerhalb deines Kompetenzbereichs sicher durch und unterstützt damit einen reibungslosen Ablauf auf der Station
  • Veränderungen im Gesundheitszustand erkennst du aufmerksam, gibst relevante Beobachtungen zeitnah weiter und trägst so zu einer sicheren Versorgung bei
  • Gemeinsam mit Pflegefachpersonen, Ärzten und weiteren Berufsgruppen bringst du dich aktiv in den Stationsalltag ein und dokumentierst deine Leistungen sorgfältig

  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachfrau oder Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ oder eine gleichwertige Ausbildung mit Schweizer Anerkennung bringst du als fachliche Grundlage mit
  • Erste Erfahrung in der Akutpflege hilft dir dabei, dich schnell auf wechselnde Situationen, unterschiedliche Krankheitsbilder und neue Abläufe einzustellen
  • Auch wenn auf der Station mehrere Dinge gleichzeitig passieren, arbeitest du konzentriert, setzt Prioritäten und behältst deine pflegerischen Aufgaben zuverlässig im Blick
  • Teamgeist, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und eine offene Kommunikation zeichnen dich aus und helfen dir, dich rasch in ein neues Team zu integrieren
