Für unseren Kunden, ein Unternehmen der Gesundheitsbranche im Berner Oberland, suchen wir per sofort eine engagierte Persönlichkeit als HR-Assistenz 60-100%, die das HR-Team in einer spannenden Wachstumsphase verstärkt. Die befristete Anstellung von rund fünf Monaten eignet sich ideal, um wertvolle Erfahrung im Gesundheitswesen zu sammeln und Ihr HR-Wissen gezielt einzusetzen.

Ihre Aufgaben beim neuen Arbeitgeber:

  • Sie begleiten Mitarbeitende administrativ durch den gesamten HR-Lifecycle, vom Eintritt bis zum Austritt
  • Im Bewerbermanagement arbeiten Sie aktiv mit, koordinieren Termine, betreuen Bewerbende und tragen so direkt dazu bei, dass offene Stellen mit den richtigen Menschen besetzt werden
  • Sie unterstützen bei vielfältigen administrativen Aufgaben sowie bei der Bearbeitung der Zeiterfassung der Mitarbeitenden
  • In operativen HR-Projekten arbeiten Sie mit und unterstützen das Team auch bei der Abrechnung der Quellensteuer

Sie bieten Ihrem neuen Arbeitgeber:

  • Eine kaufmännische Grundausbildung mit Weiterbildung im Personalwesen idealerweise als HR-Assistent/in bzw. Personalassistent/in
  • Sie bringen sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im HR-Lifecycle mit
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit HR-Systemen wie Umantis, Swiss+ oder Polypoint PEP konnten Sie bereits sammeln
  • Eine offene, empathische Persönlichkeit, die selbstständig arbeitet und Freude am Kontakt mit unterschiedlichen Anspruchsgruppen hat
