Das Unternehmen entwickelt und fertigt hochwertige Produkte für Märkte mit hohen Anforderungen an Sicherheit, Hygiene und Qualität. Moderne Produktionsstrukturen, verbindliche Qualitätsrichtlinien und die stetige Optimierung betrieblicher Abläufe prägen das Arbeitsumfeld. Am Standort in der Region Bern erwartet Sie eine abwechslungsreiche Tätigkeit mit internationalem Austausch, kurzen Entscheidungswegen und der Möglichkeit, bestehende Prozesse aktiv weiterzuentwickeln.

Ihre Aufgaben beim neuen Arbeitgeber:

  • Sie sorgen dafür, dass Qualitäts- und Hygienevorgaben im Produktionsalltag eingehalten und bestehende Standards kontinuierlich optimiert werden
  • Durch die Auswertung relevanter Qualitätskennzahlen, die Erstellung von Reportings und die Durchführung von Management Reviews schaffen Sie die Grundlage für gezielte Verbesserungen
  • Interne und externe Audits organisieren und begleiten Sie professionell und stellen eine strukturierte Vorbereitung sowie Durchführung sicher
  • Bei Qualitätsabweichungen und Reklamationen erarbeiten Sie nachhaltige Lösungen und verantworten Themen rund um HACCP, CAPA, Change Management sowie Qualifizierungs- und Validierungsprozesse

Sie bieten Ihrem neuen Arbeitgeber:

  • Eine abgeschlossene technische Grundausbildung sowie eine ergänzende Weiterbildung im Qualitätsmanagement bilden Ihr fachliches Fundament
  • Sie bringen mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Qualitätssicherung oder im Qualitätsmanagement mit und konnten idealerweise bereits erste Führungsverantwortung übernehmen
  • Neben sehr guten Deutsch- und Englischkenntnissen verfügen Sie über fundiertes Wissen zu Qualitätsnormen, regulatorischen Vorgaben und der kontinuierlichen Prozessoptimierung
  • Analytisches Denkvermögen, eine pragmatische Herangehensweise und natürliche Führungskompetenz zeichnen Sie aus, wobei Sie Veränderungen aktiv vorantreiben und Ihr Team für gemeinsame Ziele begeistern
