Entreprise suisse reconnue dans la fabrication et la commercialisation de menuiseries intérieures et extérieures, elle est répartie sur plusieurs sites en Suisse romande. Grâce à son expertise dans le domaine de la construction, elle propose des solutions personnalisées alliant qualité, savoir\-faire technique et proximité avec ses clients. Pour renforcer son équipe, elle recherche actuellement un/e Représentant/e commercial/e externe à 100 %.

Vos tâches chez votre nouvel employeur

  • Développer et entretenir un portefeuille de clients dans le canton de Vaud.
  • Conseiller les clients et les accompagner dans leurs projets de menuiserie bois.
  • Promouvoir dans un premier temps la gamme de fenêtres, avec la possibilité d’élargir progressivement votre champ d’action à d’autres produits.
  • Prospecter de nouveaux clients et identifier les opportunités commerciales.
  • Développer des partenariats durables avec les architectes, les entreprises générales et les régies immobilières.
  • Établir les offres, négocier les conditions commerciales et assurer le suivi des projets jusqu’à leur concrétisation.
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes techniques et les équipes présentes sur les chantiers.
  • Assurer une présence active sur le terrain afin de renforcer votre réseau et de développer les ventes.

Vous offrez à votre nouvel employeur

  • Vous êtes issu(e) du secteur de la menuiserie bois ou disposez d’une formation technique dans ce domaine.
  • Vous connaissez bien le marché de la construction en Suisse romande.
  • Vous maîtrisez le français ; des connaissances en allemand et en anglais constituent un avantage.
  • Vous avez l’habitude de travailler avec des architectes, des entreprises générales et des régies immobilières.
  • Vous avez la fibre commerciale, aimez prospecter et savez construire des relations clients solides sur le long terme.
  • Vous appréciez les fonctions qui combinent expertise technique et développement commercial.
  • Une expérience en calcul, en suivi de chantier ou en coordination de projets représente un atout.
  • Autonome et organisé(e), vous savez gérer vos priorités et êtes orienté(e) vers les résultats.
