Notre partenaire, une institution solidement ancrée dans sa région, recherche un\-e Responsable de l’administration RH à 60 %. Vous aurez l’opportunité d’occuper une fonction clé et diversifiée, alliant autonomie, responsabilités variées et collaboration étroite avec la direction. Vous évoluerez dans un environnement stable et à taille humaine, offrant un cadre de travail privilégié et la possibilité de vous investir dans une mission porteuse de sens.

Vos tâches chez votre nouvel employeur

  • Vous prenez en charge les activités liées à la rémunération et veillez au bon suivi des assurances sociales
  • Vous veillez au bon fonctionnement du système de gestion des horaires et au contrôle des temps de travail
  • Vous coordonnez les séances des instances concernées, préparez les documents nécessaires et assurez la rédaction des procès\-verbaux
  • Vous secondez la direction dans ses tâches administratives et facilitez le bon déroulement des activités de secrétariat
  • Vous prenez part aux réflexions menées en interne et contribuez à la mise en place de manifestations et d’événements
  • Vous développez progressivement vos connaissances en comptabilité afin d’assurer la relève lors des absences liées à cette fonction

Vous offrez à votre nouvel employeur

  • Vous disposez d'une expérience confirmée dans une fonction similaire
  • Vous êtes titulaire d'un CFC d'employé\-e de commerce, complété par un certificat de gestionnaire RH ou une formation jugée équivalente
  • Vous êtes à l'aise avec les outils informatiques usuels et, idéalement, avec un logiciel de gestion des salaires
  • Vous êtes une personne organisée, rigoureuse et autonome, capable de gérer plusieurs dossiers simultanément
  • Vous faites preuve de discrétion et de fiabilité dans le traitement de données confidentielles
