Vos tâches chez votre nouvel employeur

  • Vous êtes responsable de la planification financière annuelle et des prévisions, en collaboration avec les différents services de l’organisation
  • Vous créez des tableaux de bord et des indicateurs clairs, analysez les écarts budgétaires et proposez des solutions concrètes à la direction
  • Vous conseillez les responsables d’équipe avec des analyses financières ciblées pour les aider à mieux piloter leurs activités
  • Vous dirigez l’équipe comptable, soutenez son développement et veillez à la qualité des bouclements et des comptes annuels
  • Vous suivez les coûts par activité, identifiez des possibilités d’économies et évaluez la rentabilité des projets en cours
  • Vous faites avancer la digitalisation des processus financiers et assurez le bon fonctionnement de l’ERP avec le partenaire informatique

Vous offrez à votre nouvel employeur

  • Vous avez suivi une formation supérieure en finance, comptabilité ou controlling
  • Vous avez idéalement obtenu un diplôme fédéral supérieur en finance, un vrai plus pour prendre en charge les aspects stratégiques du poste
  • Vous parlez et écrivez parfaitement le français, et de bonnes connaissances de l’allemand sont un avantage pour ce poste
  • Vous avez plusieurs années d’expérience en controlling et en comptabilité analytique, une première expérience de management et une bonne maîtrise des ERP
  • Vous êtes une personne proactive et positive, vous aimez trouver des solutions simples et vous savez motiver votre équipe au quotidien
