Pour le compte d’une fiduciaire bien établie dans la région de Genève nous recherchons un/e Responsable de mandats salaires et administration RH afin d’assurer le suivi d’une clientèle variée et de la conseiller sur les questions liées aux salaires, aux assurances sociales et à la gestion administrative du personnel.

Vos tâches chez votre nouvel employeur

  • Vous gérez de manière autonome un portefeuille de mandats salaires et assurez le traitement complet des paies.
  • Vous supervisez les processus de rémunération et veillez à leur conformité avec les dispositions légales en vigueur.
  • Vous conseillez les clients sur les questions liées aux assurances sociales, au droit du travail et à la législation salariale.
  • Vous assurez différentes tâches d’administration RH, notamment la gestion des entrées et sorties, le suivi des dossiers du personnel et l’établissement des documents usuels.
  • Vous gérez les démarches administratives auprès des assurances sociales et des organismes concernés.
  • Vous accompagnez les clients dans leurs questions RH et leur apportez un soutien adapté à leurs besoins.
  • Vous assurez une veille légale et contribuez à l’amélioration continue des processus internes.

Vous offrez à votre nouvel employeur

  • Vous disposez de plusieurs années d’expérience en gestion des salaires, acquise au sein d’une fiduciaire.
  • Vous possédez de bonnes connaissances en administration RH ainsi qu’une solide maîtrise des assurances sociales et de la législation suisse.
  • Vous êtes titulaire d’une formation reconnue dans le domaine des salaires, des assurances sociales ou des ressources humaines.
  • Vous êtes à l’aise avec la gestion de plusieurs mandats et appréciez le contact avec une clientèle diversifiée.
  • Vous travaillez de manière autonome, organisée et rigoureuse, avec un réel sens des responsabilités.
  • Vous faites preuve d’un bon esprit d’analyse et appréciez la recherche de solutions concrètes.
  • Vous disposez de bonnes connaissances en anglais, un atout pour cette fonction.
  • Vous souhaitez vous investir dans une structure à taille humaine et contribuer à la qualité des prestations proposées.
