Ihre Aufgaben beim neuen Arbeitgeber

  • In der Finanzbuchhaltung wirken Sie aktiv mit und führen das Haupt- und Nebenbücher inkl. Mahnwesen
  • Sie verantworten die Abwicklung des Zahlungsverkehrs und sorgen mit regelmässigen Kontenabgleichen für eine zuverlässige Datenbasis
  • Sie wirken bei Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen sowie finanziellen Auswertungen mit und unterstützen das Controlling bei verschiedenen Fragestellungen
  • Ergänzend übernehmen Sie administrative Aufgaben im Finanzbereich und bringen sich aktiv in die Optimierung bestehender Finanzprozesse ein

Sie bieten Ihrem neuen Arbeitgeber

  • Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung bildet Ihre fachliche Grundlage und idealerweise bringen Sie die Ausbildung als Sachbearbeiter:in Rechnungswesen mit
  • Sie verfügen über mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Finanzen
  • Auf Deutsch kommunizieren Sie stilsicher, Englischkenntnisse sowie ein versierter Umgang mit ERP-Anwendungen sind von Vorteil
  • Eine selbstständige, exakte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie vernetztes Denken, Eigeninitiative und Durchsetzungsvermögen runden Ihr Profil ab
