Für unseren Kunden, ein international ausgerichtetes Handelsunternehmen mit Standort in der Zentralschweiz, suchen wir eine engagierte Persönlichkeit für das Finanz- und Personalwesen mit einem Pensum von 80%. In dieser vielseitigen Funktion betreuen Sie die Finanzbuchhaltung mehrerer Gesellschaften und übernehmen Aufgaben in der Lohnbuchhaltung und Personaladministration. Sie erwartet ein kleines Team, in dem die Aufgaben neu verteilt werden und Sie Ihre Erfahrung gezielt einbringen können. Der Stellenantritt ist per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung möglich.

Ihre Aufgaben beim neuen Arbeitgeber:

  • Führen der Debitoren- und Kreditorenbuchhaltung sowie Verbuchen laufender Geschäftsvorfälle für mehrere Gesellschaften
  • Mitarbeit bei Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen nach OR sowie Erstellen der Mehrwertsteuerabrechnungen
  • Abwicklung der Lohnbuchhaltung und Unterstützung bei der Personaladministration Abstimmen von Kassenabrechnungen, Erstellen von Auswertungen und Aufbereiten von Informationen für die Geschäftsleitung
  • Übernahme allgemeiner administrativer Aufgaben und Kommunikation mit internen und externen Ansprechpartnern, insbesondere in französischer Sprache

Sie bieten Ihrem neuen Arbeitgeber:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Weiterbildung im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen und Kenntnissen in der Lohnbuchhaltung
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute bis sehr gute Französischkenntnisse für den Austausch mit französischsprachigen Ansprechpartnern
  • Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel, sowie IT-Affinität und Erfahrung mit Infoniqa Sage 200 oder M-Files sind von Vorteil
  • Offene, dynamische und zuverlässige Persönlichkeit mit einer strukturierten Arbeitsweise, die gerne im Team arbeitet und Verantwortung übernimmt
