Ihre Aufgaben beim neuen Arbeitgeber:

  • Als strategischer Sparringspartner begleiten Sie die Führungskräfte eines zentralen Geschäftsbereichs und schaffen durch fundierte Finanzanalysen die Grundlage für unternehmerische Entscheidungen
  • Die Erstellung und Interpretation aussagekräftiger Managementberichte sowie die Untersuchung finanzieller Abweichungen ermöglichen es Ihnen, gezielte Handlungsempfehlungen abzuleiten
  • Bei der Budgetierung, Forecast-Erstellung und mittelfristigen Finanzplanung bringen Sie Ihre Expertise ein und unterstützen Monats- sowie Jahresabschlüsse mit relevanten Controlling-Analysen
  • Mit innovativen Reporting-Lösungen, fundierten Wirtschaftlichkeitsberechnungen und der Optimierung bestehender Controlling-Prozesse steigern Sie die Transparenz und Effizienz im Unternehmen

Sie bieten Ihrem neuen Arbeitgeber:

  • Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder gleichwertige Qualifikation im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen, idealerweise ergänzt durch die Weiterbildung zum dipl. Experten bzw. zur dipl. Expertin in Rechnungslegung und Controlling sowie mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Business Controlling
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Power BI oder vergleichbaren Business-Intelligence-Anwendungen sowie Erfahrung mit Finanzanalysen und Reporting-Prozessen zeichnen Ihr fachliches Profil aus
  • Ihre analytische Denkweise, überzeugende Kommunikationsfähigkeit und selbstständige Arbeitsweise ergänzen Sie durch verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und idealerweise gute Englischkenntnisse
