Ihre Aufgaben beim neuen Arbeitgeber

  • Sie verantworten den Budget-, Forecast- und Planungsprozess und stellen aussagekräftige Entscheidungsgrundlagen für das Management bereit
  • Betriebswirtschaftliche Kennzahlen analysieren Sie, identifizieren Optimierungspotenziale und leiten fundierte Handlungsempfehlungen ab
  • Gemeinsam mit dem bestehenden Team entwickeln Sie Reporting-, Controlling- und Kalkulationsinstrumente kontinuierlich weiter
  • Sie übernehmen Verantwortung in bereichsübergreifenden Projekten und treiben die Weiterentwicklung von Finanz- und Controllingprozessen aktiv voran

Sie bieten Ihrem neuen Arbeitgeber

  • Sie verfügen über eine kaufmännische Grundausbildung sowie eine höhere Weiterbildung oder ein Studium mit Schwerpunkt Betriebswirtschaft oder Controlling
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Controlling, idealerweise in einem industriellen oder international geprägten Umfeld, bildet die Grundlage für Ihren Erfolg
  • Sie kommunizieren stilsicher auf Deutsch und verfügen über gute Englischkenntnisse für die Zusammenarbeit im internationalen Umfeld, SAP-Kenntnisse wären von Vorteil
  • Veränderungen sehen Sie als Chance und gestalten Prozesse mit einer offenen, proaktiven und pragmatischen Haltung aktiv mit
