Im Kanton Obwalden wartet eine Pflegeaufgabe, bei der Sie Ihre Patientinnen und Patienten nicht nur für einen kurzen Moment erleben. Als Dipl. Pflegefachfrau HF/FH / Dipl. Pflegefachmann HF/FH (60-100 %) erhalten Sie Einblick in ganz unterschiedliche Lebenssituationen und werden zu einer wichtigen Ansprechperson in der Versorgung zu Hause. Dabei verbinden Sie pflegerische Fachlichkeit mit Organisation und persönlichem Kontakt.

Ihre Aufgaben beim neuen Arbeitgeber:

  • Bei jedem Besuch verschaffen Sie sich ein aktuelles Bild der Pflegesituation und stimmen die Unterstützung auf den individuellen Bedarf ab
  • Veränderungen erkennen Sie frühzeitig, beurteilen deren Relevanz und leiten die passenden pflegerischen Schritte ein
  • Sie behalten den gesamten Pflegeverlauf im Blick und sorgen dafür, dass vereinbarte Massnahmen sinnvoll aufeinander abgestimmt sind
  • Im Austausch mit Angehörigen, Ärzteschaft und weiteren Fachpersonen bringen Sie die verschiedenen Beteiligten rund um die Klientinnen und Klienten zusammen

Sie bieten Ihrem neuen Arbeitgeber:

  • Ihr Diplom als Dipl. Pflegefachfrau HF/FH / Dipl. Pflegefachmann HF/FH oder eine entsprechende SRK-Anerkennung bildet Ihre fachliche Grundlage
  • Spitex-Erfahrung ist ein Plus, wichtiger ist jedoch, dass Sie sich auf unterschiedliche Pflegesituationen und Lebenswelten einstellen können
