Pour une entreprise située dans le canton de Fribourg, nous sommes activement à la recherche d'un\-e Spécialiste payroll à 80\-100% pour piloter les salaires mensuels, garantir la qualité des données et conseiller les équipes RH. Le tout s’inscrit dans un cadre de travail positif, où l’esprit d’équipe compte vraiment.

Vos tâches chez votre nouvel employeur

  • Vous gérez l'ensemble du processus de paie en garantissant l'exactitude des traitements et la conformité légale
  • Vous assurez la gestion administrative des assurances sociales ainsi que les échanges avec les caisses et organismes concernés
  • Vous accompagnez le département RH dans le suivi administratif des collaborateur\-trice\-s et le traitement des éléments variables de paie
  • Vous contribuez à l'amélioration continue des processus Payroll, des systèmes RH et participez à des projets liés à la paie et à la gestion du temps
  • Vous conseillez les collaborateur\-trice\-s et les managers sur les questions relatives à la paie et aux assurances sociales

Vous offrez à votre nouvel employeur

  • Vous êtes titulaire d’un diplôme ou d’un certificat en ressources humaines, idéalement complété par une spécialisation en paie et/ou assurances sociales
  • Vous vous exprimez avec aisance en français comme en allemand, ce qui facilite vos échanges avec des interlocuteur\-trice\-s varié\-e\-s
  • Vous justifiez d’une expérience similaire dans la gestion de la paie de A à Z, maîtrisez les outils informatiques de paie et vous adaptez rapidement à de nouveaux environnements
  • Vous êtes une personne autonome, rigoureuse et discrète, qui aime travailler avec précision et sait gérer les informations confidentielles avec professionnalisme
