Actuellement, l’entreprise recherche un\-e Responsable qualité production alimentaire pour superviser les processus de contrôle qualité, garantir la conformité des produits et soutenir les équipes dans l’amélioration continue.

Vos tâches chez votre nouvel employeur

  • Vous pilotez les activités liées à la qualité opérationnelle en garantissant le respect des exigences internes et réglementaires ainsi que le traitement des écarts et des retours terrain
  • Vous grantissez le suivi des indicateurs de performance qualité et contribuez à l’optimisation des processus administratifs et techniques associés au système de management
  • Vous préparez et coordonnez les différentes évaluations et contrôles internes ou externes tout en assurant la mise en œuvre des plans d’actions nécessaires
  • Vous participez activement au renforcement des bonnes pratiques en matière de qualité et de sécurité dans les activités de production et de développement
  • Vous soutenez les démarches d’amélioration continue et accompagnez les projets visant à optimiser les méthodes de travail et les flux opérationnels
  • Vous travaillez avec différentes fonctions internes afin d’assurer la cohérence des standards qualité et la bonne application des procédures en place

Vous offrez à votre nouvel employeur

  • Vous êtes titulaire d’un Bachelor en sciences alimentaires ou d’une formation jugée équivalente dans le domaine agroalimentaire ou qualité
  • Vous justifiez d’une expérience confirmée en assurance qualité dans l’industrie alimentaire avec une exposition à des fonctions de coordination ou de management
  • Vous maîtrisez le français et possédez de bonnes connaissances de l’allemand, l’anglais constituant un atout complémentaire apprécié
  • Vous êtes à l’aise avec les systèmes qualité, la documentation réglementaire et les normes de type FSSC 22000 ainsi que les outils de gestion associés
  • Vous faites preuve de leadership naturel, d’un bon esprit d’analyse et d’une communication fluide favorisant la collaboration interdisciplinaire
