  • Sie unterstützen die Teamleitung bei der Organisation und Planung sämtlicher Abläufe in der Wohngruppe und tragen so zur effizienten Betriebsführung bei
  • Mit Ihrer Expertise gewährleisten Sie eine individuelle und ressourcenorientierte Betreuung und Pflege der Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner, stets orientiert an deren Bedürfnissen

Ihr Plus für den neuen Arbeitgeber

  • Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als diplomierte Pflegefachperson HF oder eine gleichwertige Qualifikation und bringen idealerweise Erfahrung in der Langzeitpflege mit
  • Weiterbildungen im Bereich Führung oder Management sind von Vorteil und unterstützen Sie in Ihrer Rolle als stellvertretende Pflegedienstleitung
  • Sie besitzen gute IT-Kenntnisse und sind mit Pflegedokumentationssystemen in der Gesundheitsbranche vertraut, was Ihre tägliche Arbeit erleichtert
  • Ihre ausgeprägten kommunikativen Fähigkeiten und Ihre lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise machen Sie zu einer wertvollen Unterstützung für das Team und die Bewohner
