Unser Kunde ist eine Institution der Langzeitpflege in der Region Bern mit einem herzlichen und erfahrenen Team. In der Nacht hast du die Fachverantwortung und bist die erste Ansprechperson für dein Team. Wenn es darauf ankommt, entscheidest du selbständig und mit Ruhe. Deine Arbeit wird geschätzt, und auf die Unterstützung der Pflegeleitung kannst du zählen. Tagsüber hast du Zeit für das, was dir wichtig ist. Hast du Lust darauf? Dann melde dich bei uns!

Deine Aufgaben

  • Fachverantwortung für die Pflege während der Nacht
  • Du schätzt Situationen ein und entscheidest, wenn sich der Zustand von Bewohnenden ändert
  • Anleitung und Unterstützung der FaGe und der Pflegehilfen im Nachtdienst
  • Du sorgst für eine saubere Dokumentation und eine gute Übergabe

Das bringst du mit

  • Diplom als Pflegefachperson HF/FH oder ein gleichwertiger Abschluss
  • Du arbeitest gerne nachts und übernimmst gerne Verantwortung
  • Auch in heiklen Situationen bleibst du ruhig und triffst klare Entscheidungen
  • Erfahrung in der Langzeitpflege oder Freude an diesem Bereich
