Für eine Langzeitinstitution in der Region Schwyz suchen wir eine Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH mit einem Pensum von 60 bis 100 % für einen temporären Einsatz. Du übernimmst Verantwortung im Pflegeprozess, begleitest Bewohnende individuell und unterstützt ein bestehendes Team mit deiner Erfahrung.

Deine Aufgaben beim neuen Arbeitgeber:

  • Du stellst eine professionelle und individuelle Pflege und Betreuung der Bewohnenden sicher
  • Den Pflegeprozess planst, steuerst und beurteilst du selbstständig und passt die Massnahmen an die jeweilige Situation an
  • Medizinaltechnische und therapeutische Verrichtungen führst du innerhalb deiner Kompetenzen fachgerecht durch
  • Du bringst deine pflegerische Einschätzung aktiv ins Team ein und arbeitest eng mit weiteren Fachpersonen zusammen

  • Du verfügst über ein Diplom als Pflegefachperson HF/FH oder bei einem ausländischen Abschluss über die entsprechende SRK Anerkennung
