Für eine Institution der Langzeitpflege in der Region Uri suchen wir eine Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH mit einem Pensum von 60 bis 100 % für einen temporären Einsatz. Du begleitest Bewohnende durch ihren Alltag, übernimmst Verantwortung im Pflegeprozess und bringst deine Erfahrung aktiv ins Team ein. Gleichzeitig lernst du ein neues Arbeitsumfeld kennen und bleibst beruflich flexibel.

  • Du stellst eine professionelle und individuelle Pflege und Betreuung der Bewohnenden sicher und übernimmst Verantwortung im Pflegeprozess
  • Du planst und koordinierst die Pflege, beurteilst Veränderungen und passt die Massnahmen entsprechend an
  • Medizinaltechnische und therapeutische Massnahmen führst du innerhalb deiner Kompetenzen sicher durch
  • Du bringst dein Fachwissen ins Team ein und arbeitest eng mit anderen Fachpersonen zusammen

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH oder bei einem ausländischen Abschluss die entsprechende SRK Anerkennung
