Pflege, die zu den Menschen kommt statt umgekehrt: Das ist der Kern einer Spitex Organisation im Kanton Thurgau, die Klientinnen und Klienten in ihrem vertrauten Umfeld pflegt, berät und im Alltag unterstützt. Fachpersonen aus Pflege und Hauswirtschaft arbeiten dort eng mit Hausärztinnen und Hausärzten, Angehörigen und weiteren Fachstellen zusammen, damit die Versorgung lückenlos bleibt. Das Team lebt kurze Entscheidungswege, eine vorausschauende Einsatzplanung und echten Rückhalt, auch wenn man allein unterwegs ist. Ab Januar 2027 wird für einen temporären Einsatz mit einem Pensum von 60 bis 100% eine Diplomierte Pflegefachfrau oder ein Diplomierter Pflegefachmann HF/FH gesucht, die oder der die pflegerische Verantwortung auf den Touren übernimmt und das Team fachlich verstärkt. Dein Wirkungsfeld beim neuen Arbeitgeber

  • Du erfasst den Pflegebedarf bei Klientinnen und Klienten zu Hause und planst, steuerst und evaluierst den Pflegeprozess
  • Du führst Grundpflege und ärztlich verordnete Behandlungspflege selbstständig durch
  • Du berätst und begleitest Klientinnen und Klienten sowie deren Angehörige im häuslichen Umfeld
