Hier kennt man sich beim Namen: Ein Pflegeheim im Kanton St. Gallen begleitet ältere Menschen über längere Zeit und gibt ihnen ein Zuhause, in dem Gewohnheiten, Vorlieben und Wünsche zählen. Pflege, Betreuung und Ärzteschaft sprechen sich im Alltag eng ab, damit die Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner verlässlich und individuell versorgt werden. Das Team schätzt kurze Wege, offene Kommunikation und gegenseitige Unterstützung, auch an hektischen Tagen. Ab sofort oder nach Vereinbarung wird für einen temporären Einsatz mit einem Pensum von 60 bis 100% eine Fachfrau Gesundheit EFZ oder ein Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ gesucht, die oder der den Pflegealltag tatkräftig mitträgt und Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner im Alltag begleitet. Mitarbeitende dürfen sich auf ein wertschätzendes Umfeld und die Chance freuen, in der Langzeitpflege fachlich und menschlich zu wachsen.
