Nach einer Operation oder schweren Erkrankung zurück zu Selbstständigkeit und Lebensqualität: Dabei begleitet eine Rehabilitationsklinik im Kanton St. Gallen ihre Patientinnen und Patienten Schritt für Schritt. Pflege, Therapie und Medizin arbeiten eng zusammen und richten die Behandlung konsequent an den individuellen Zielen der Menschen aus. Das Team lebt kurze Kommunikationswege, klare Strukturen und gegenseitige Wertschätzung. Ab sofort oder nach Vereinbarung wird für einen temporären Einsatz mit einem Pensum von 60 bis 100% eine Fachfrau Gesundheit EFZ oder ein Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ gesucht, die oder der das Pflegeteam im Rehabilitationsalltag unterstützt und Patientinnen und Patienten auf ihrem Genesungsweg begleitet. Mitarbeitende erleben Fortschritte hautnah und können ihr Fachwissen in einem modernen Rehabilitationssetting weiter ausbauen.
