Für eine Institution der Langzeitpflege in der Region Schwyz suchen wir eine Fachfrau oder einen Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ mit einem Pensum von 60 bis 100 % für einen temporären Einsatz. Du begleitest Bewohnende durch ihren Alltag, lernst ihre Bedürfnisse und Gewohnheiten kennen und wirst Teil eines bestehenden Pflegeteams. Gleichzeitig kannst du neue Erfahrungen sammeln und beruflich flexibel bleiben.

Deine Aufgaben beim neuen Arbeitgeber:

  • Du unterstützt Bewohnende individuell im Alltag und sorgst mit deiner Pflege für Wohlbefinden und Sicherheit
  • Aufgaben der Grund und Behandlungspflege führst du innerhalb deines Kompetenzbereichs selbstständig und sorgfältig aus
  • Du übernimmst medizinaltechnische Verrichtungen, beobachtest gesundheitliche Entwicklungen und gibst wichtige Informationen zuverlässig weiter
  • Gemeinsam mit dem Pflegeteam sorgst du dafür, dass die Bewohnenden professionell und persönlich betreut werden

Du bietest deinem neuen Arbeitgeber:

  • Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachfrau oder Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ oder bei einem ausländischen Abschluss über die entsprechende SRK Anerkennung
  • Die Arbeit mit älteren Menschen bereitet dir Freude und du möchtest dein Fachwissen in der Langzeitpflege einsetzen
