Für eine Spitex Organisation in der Region Luzern suchen wir eine Fachfrau oder einen Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ mit einem Pensum von 60 bis 100 % für einen temporären Einsatz. Bei deinen Touren begleitest du unterschiedliche Klientinnen und Klienten in ihrem gewohnten Zuhause und übernimmst pflegerische Aufgaben innerhalb deiner Kompetenzen. Dabei arbeitest du selbstständig und bist gleichzeitig Teil eines Pflegeteams.

Deine Aufgaben beim neuen Arbeitgeber:

  • Bei deinen Einsätzen pflegst und begleitest du Klientinnen und Klienten individuell und gehst auf ihre persönlichen Bedürfnisse und ihre jeweilige Situation ein
  • Aufgaben der Grund und Behandlungspflege führst du innerhalb deines Kompetenzbereichs selbstständig und fachgerecht im häuslichen Umfeld durch
  • Veränderungen im Gesundheitszustand erkennst du aufmerksam, dokumentierst deine Beobachtungen und leitest wichtige Informationen zuverlässig weiter
  • Im Austausch mit dem Pflegeteam und weiteren Fachpersonen trägst du dazu bei, dass die Klientinnen und Klienten zu Hause gut versorgt sind

  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachfrau oder Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ oder bei einem ausländischen Abschluss die entsprechende SRK Anerkennung
