Zusammen mit unserem Kunden, einem etablierten Treuhandunternehmen in der Region Biel, suchen wir nach Vereinbarung eine:n Treuhänder:in 70-100%. Das Unternehmen begleitet unterschiedliche KMU in finanziellen und betriebswirtschaftlichen Fragestellungen und setzt dabei auf individuelle Beratung, digitale Arbeitsweisen und langfristige Kundenbeziehungen. Ihre Aufgaben beim neuen Arbeitgeber

  • Sie führen eigenständig ein abwechslungsreiches Kundenportfolio und beraten Ihre Mandanten kompetent bei finanziellen, steuerlichen und unternehmerischen Anliegen
  • Die Erstellung von Jahresabschlüssen gehört ebenso zu Ihrem Tätigkeitsgebiet wie die Betreuung der laufenden Finanzbuchhaltungen
  • Steuerabrechnungen und Lohnverarbeitungen übernehmen Sie eigenständig und gewährleisten dabei eine zuverlässige Einhaltung der gesetzlichen Vorgaben
  • Zusätzlich bringen Sie sich in die Optimierung bestehender Arbeitsabläufe und die Digitalisierung der Buchhaltungsprozesse ein und unterstützen die Geschäftsleitung

Sie bieten Ihrem neuen Arbeitgeber

  • Eine kaufmännische Grundausbildung bildet Ihre fachliche Grundlage, eine höhere Weiterbildung im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen oder im Treuhand wäre von Vorteil
  • Mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung bringen Sie mit, zusätzliche Kenntnisse im Treuhand oder in der Beratung sind willkommen
  • Auf Deutsch kommunizieren Sie verhandlungssicher, zudem arbeiten Sie routiniert mit gängigen Buchhaltungsprogrammen und kennen bestenfalls Abacus
  • Ihre offene und unternehmerisch denkende Persönlichkeit zeichnet Sie aus, Sie handeln eigeninitiativ, schätzen den Austausch mit Menschen und möchten fachlich wie persönlich etwas bewegen
