Für verschiedene Spitex Organisationen in der Region Luzern suchen wir Dipl. Pflegefachpersonen HF/FH mit einem Pensum von 60-100 % für temporäre Einsätze.

Es erwartet dich ein abwechslungsreicher Pflegealltag mit viel Eigenverantwortung und persönlichem Kontakt. Du bist unterwegs zu unterschiedlichen Klientinnen und Klienten und unterstützt sie dabei, möglichst selbstständig in ihrem vertrauten Zuhause zu leben.

Temporär zu arbeiten bietet dir dabei die Möglichkeit, verschiedene Organisationen kennenzulernen, flexibel zu bleiben und wertvolle Erfahrungen in der ambulanten Pflege zu sammeln.

Deine Aufgaben beim neuen Arbeitgeber:

  • Du pflegst und betreust Klientinnen und Klienten direkt in ihrem Zuhause und gehst individuell auf ihre Bedürfnisse und vorhandenen Ressourcen ein
  • Die Planung, Durchführung und Dokumentation des Pflegeprozesses gestaltest du selbstständig und stellst eine professionelle Versorgung sicher
  • Behandlungspflegerische und medizinaltechnische Massnahmen führst du innerhalb deiner Kompetenzen fachgerecht und verantwortungsbewusst durch
  • Im Austausch mit Angehörigen, Ärztinnen und Ärzten sowie weiteren Fachstellen sorgst du für eine gut abgestimmte und ganzheitliche Betreuung

  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH oder eine gleichwertige Ausbildung mit Schweizer Anerkennung bildet deine fachliche Grundlage
  • Erfahrung in der Spitex ist von Vorteil, wichtig sind vor allem deine Freude an der ambulanten Pflege und am selbstständigen Arbeiten
