Ihr Arbeitsplatz hat viele Adressen. Im Kanton Obwalden öffnen Ihnen Klientinnen und Klienten ihre Türen und geben Ihnen damit auch Einblick in ihren ganz persönlichen Alltag. Für diese Begegnungen suchen wir eine Fachfrau Gesundheit EFZ / einen Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ (60-100 %) für einen temporären Spitex-Einsatz.

Zwischen den einzelnen Besuchen sind Sie unterwegs, vor Ort zählt Ihr FaGe-Know-how und im Hintergrund haben Sie mit Careerplus eine persönliche Ansprechperson an Ihrer Seite.

Ihre Aufgaben beim neuen Arbeitgeber:

  • Bei Ihren Besuchen unterstützen Sie Klientinnen und Klienten dort, wo im Alltag pflegerische Hilfe benötigt wird
  • Ihr FaGe-Wissen setzen Sie bei grundpflegerischen und medizinaltechnischen Tätigkeiten direkt vor Ort ein
  • Veränderungen nehmen Sie aufmerksam wahr und geben wichtige Beobachtungen zuverlässig an die zuständigen Pflegefachpersonen weiter
  • Zwischen persönlicher Betreuung und elektronischer Dokumentation sorgen Sie dafür, dass jeder Einsatz professionell abgeschlossen ist
