Pflege dort, wo sich deine Klientinnen und Klienten am wohlsten fühlen: in ihrem eigenen Zuhause. Bei verschiedenen Spitex Organisationen in der Region Luzern erwarten dich temporäre Einsätze als Fachfrau oder Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ (60-100 %). Du gestaltest deinen Arbeitsalltag eigenständig, begegnest unterschiedlichen Menschen und Pflegesituationen und kannst dein Fachwissen direkt vor Ort einbringen. Gleichzeitig bist du in ein professionelles Team eingebunden und kannst dich jederzeit mit deinen Kolleginnen und Kollegen austauschen.

Deine Aufgaben beim neuen Arbeitgeber:

  • Besuche deine Klientinnen und Klienten zuhause und unterstütze sie dabei, ihren Alltag möglichst selbstständig zu gestalten
  • Führe pflegerische sowie medizinaltechnische Massnahmen eigenverantwortlich und innerhalb deiner Kompetenzen durch
  • Schätze Pflegesituationen vor Ort ein, erkenne Veränderungen frühzeitig und leite relevante Informationen gezielt weiter
  • Halte deine Einsätze sorgfältig fest und stelle durch den regelmässigen Austausch im Team eine lückenlose Betreuung sicher

Du bietest deinem neuen Arbeitgeber:

  • Du hast deine Ausbildung als Fachfrau Gesundheit EFZ oder Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ abgeschlossen oder verfügst über eine entsprechende SRK Anerkennung
  • Erste Erfahrung in der Spitex ist von Vorteil, alternativ bringst du Interesse und Motivation für die ambulante Pflege mit
  • Du organisierst deinen Arbeitsalltag selbstständig, setzt Prioritäten und fühlst dich auch alleine bei Klientinnen und Klienten sicher
  • Mit deiner offenen und einfühlsamen Art stellst du dich flexibel auf unterschiedliche Menschen, Haushalte und Pflegesituationen ein
