Der nächste Einsatz beginnt nicht im Stationszimmer, sondern mitten im Alltag deiner Klientinnen und Klienten. Für eine Spitex-Organisation im Luzerner Hinterland suchen wir eine Dipl. Pflegefachfrau HF/FH / einen Dipl. Pflegefachmann HF/FH (60-100 %) für einen temporären Einsatz. Du übernimmst die pflegerische Verantwortung direkt vor Ort und begegnest dabei ganz unterschiedlichen Menschen und Lebenssituationen.

Careerplus kümmert sich im Hintergrund um die Organisation und bleibt während deines Einsatzes deine persönliche Ansprechperson.

Ihre Aufgaben beim neuen Arbeitgeber:

  • Du besuchst Klientinnen und Klienten in ihrem Zuhause und übernimmst dort die Pflege, die aktuell benötigt wird
  • Zwischen Wundversorgung, Medikamentenmanagement und weiteren pflegerischen Aufgaben setzt du dein Fachwissen vielseitig ein
  • Vor Ort triffst du fachliche Entscheidungen und holst weitere Fachpersonen dazu, wenn eine Situation zusätzliche Abklärungen verlangt
  • Du hältst Kontakt zu Angehörigen, Ärzteschaft und deinem Team und sorgst dafür, dass alle Beteiligten auf dem gleichen Stand bleiben

Sie bieten Ihrem neuen Arbeitgeber:

  • Dein Diplom als Dipl. Pflegefachfrau HF/FH / Dipl. Pflegefachmann HF/FH oder eine entsprechende SRK-Anerkennung bildet deine fachliche Grundlage
  • Spitex-Erfahrung ist willkommen, aber kein Muss, wenn du offen bist, die ambulante Pflege kennenzulernen
  • Du fühlst dich wohl dabei, vor Ort Entscheidungen zu treffen und deinen Arbeitstag eigenständig zu organisieren
  • Unterschiedliche Menschen, Wohnsituationen und Bedürfnisse bringen dich nicht aus dem Konzept, sondern machen für dich den Reiz der Spitex aus
