Verschiedene Alters und Pflegeinstitutionen in der Region Luzern suchen Fachfrauen und Fachmänner Gesundheit EFZ für temporäre Einsätze mit einem Pensum von 60-100 %.

Dich erwartet ein Arbeitsumfeld, in dem nicht nur professionelle Pflege zählt, sondern auch der persönliche Kontakt zu den Bewohnenden. Du unterstützt bestehende Teams dort, wo deine Erfahrung gebraucht wird, und bringst gleichzeitig deine eigene Persönlichkeit in den Pflegealltag ein.

Deine Aufgaben beim neuen Arbeitgeber:

  • Mit viel Aufmerksamkeit begleitest und pflegst du die Bewohnenden im Alltag und gehst individuell auf ihre Bedürfnisse und Gewohnheiten ein
  • Grund und Behandlungspflege sowie medizinaltechnische Verrichtungen führst du innerhalb deines Kompetenzbereichs fachgerecht durch
  • Die Selbstständigkeit und vorhandenen Ressourcen der Bewohnenden förderst du gezielt und unterstützt sie bei einer möglichst selbstbestimmten Alltagsgestaltung
  • Im Austausch mit dem Pflegeteam, Angehörigen und weiteren Fachpersonen trägst du zu einer ganzheitlichen und verlässlichen Betreuung bei

  • Bei der Einsatzplanung berücksichtigen wir deine Wünsche bezüglich Pensum, Einsatzdauer, Arbeitsweg und möglichen Dienstzeiten
  • Während deines gesamten Einsatzes wirst du persönlich begleitet und hast bei Fragen oder Anliegen jederzeit eine feste Ansprechperson
