Für eine Institution im Raum Bern suchen wir eine Fachfrau / einen Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ oder eine Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH (60-80 %) für eine Festanstellung als Nachtwache. Du sorgst gemeinsam mit dem Team für eine sichere und professionelle Betreuung während der Nacht.

Deine Aufgaben beim neuen Arbeitgeber

  • Pflege und betreue die Bewohnenden während der Nacht individuell und professionell
  • Erkenne Veränderungen und reagiere in anspruchsvollen Situationen angemessen
  • Übernimm pflegerische und medizinaltechnische Aufgaben innerhalb deiner Kompetenzen
  • Stelle eine sorgfältige Dokumentation und eine zuverlässige Übergabe sicher

Du bietest deinem neuen Arbeitgeber

  • Abschluss als Fachfrau / Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ oder Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH
  • Erfahrung im Nachtdienst ist von Vorteil
  • Selbstständige, verantwortungsbewusste und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Belastbarkeit, Teamfähigkeit und Freude an der Arbeit während der Nacht
