In verschiedenen Rehabilitationskliniken und Institutionen warten temporäre Einsätze für Dipl. Pflegefachpersonen HF/FH mit einem Pensum von 60 bis 100 %. Dich erwartet ein vielseitiges Umfeld, in dem Pflege, Therapie und Medizin eng zusammenspielen. Dabei begleitest du Patientinnen und Patienten auf ihrem individuellen Weg zurück zu mehr Selbstständigkeit.

Deine Aufgaben beim neuen Arbeitgeber

  • Du begleitest Patientinnen und Patienten professionell durch ihren Rehabilitationsaufenthalt und unterstützt sie bei ihren individuellen Zielen
  • Im Pflegeprozess erkennst und förderst du vorhandene Ressourcen und beziehst diese gezielt in die Betreuung ein
  • Schritt für Schritt unterstützt du Patientinnen und Patienten dabei, mehr Selbstständigkeit für ihren Alltag zurückzugewinnen
  • Gemeinsam mit Therapie, ärztlichem Dienst und weiteren Fachpersonen sorgst du für eine ganzheitliche und abgestimmte Betreuung

  • Deine Ausbildung als Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH oder eine entsprechende SRK Anerkennung bildet deine fachliche Basis
