Für verschiedene Spitäler und Gesundheitseinrichtungen in der Region Luzern suchen wir Dipl. Pflegefachpersonen HF/FH mit einem Pensum von 60-100 % für temporäre Einsätze in der Akutpflege.

Dich erwarten vielseitige Einsatzmöglichkeiten in unterschiedlichen Fachbereichen, in denen du dein Wissen gezielt einbringen und gleichzeitig neue Erfahrungen sammeln kannst. Gemeinsam finden wir heraus, welcher Einsatz zu deinen Vorstellungen, deiner Verfügbarkeit und deinen fachlichen Interessen passt.

Ob als Überbrückung, für mehr Flexibilität oder um verschiedene Arbeitsbereiche kennenzulernen, wir begleiten dich persönlich bei der Suche nach deinem nächsten temporären Einsatz.

Deine Aufgaben beim neuen Arbeitgeber:

  • Professionelle Pflege und Betreuung von Patientinnen und Patienten in unterschiedlichen gesundheitlichen Situationen gehören zu deinem abwechslungsreichen Alltag
  • Den Pflegeprozess planst, koordinierst und dokumentierst du sorgfältig und passt die Massnahmen laufend an den Behandlungsverlauf an
  • Medizinaltechnische und therapeutische Massnahmen führst du fachgerecht durch und reagierst aufmerksam auf Veränderungen des Gesundheitszustands
  • Im engen Austausch mit Ärztinnen und Ärzten sowie weiteren Fachpersonen trägst du zu einer optimalen und ganzheitlichen Versorgung bei

Du bietest deinem neuen Arbeitgeber:

  • Einen Abschluss als Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH oder eine gleichwertige Ausbildung mit entsprechender Schweizer Anerkennung bringst du mit
  • Erste Erfahrung in der Akutpflege ist von Vorteil, ebenso willkommen ist deine Motivation, dich in diesem Bereich fachlich weiterzuentwickeln
  • Auch wenn es einmal hektischer wird, behältst du den Überblick, setzt die richtigen Prioritäten und handelst verantwortungsbewusst
