In der Langzeitpflege gehören vertraute Gesichter genauso zum Alltag wie immer wieder neue Situationen. Im Luzerner Hinterland suchen wir eine Fachfrau Gesundheit EFZ / einen Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ (60-100 %) für einen temporären Einsatz. Du bringst dich dort ein, wo im Pflegealltag Unterstützung gefragt ist, und wirst während deines Einsatzes zu einem festen Teil des Teams.

Ihre Aufgaben beim neuen Arbeitgeber:

  • Du übernimmst die tägliche Pflege und Betreuung der Bewohnenden und förderst ihre vorhandenen Fähigkeiten gezielt
  • Pflegerische und medizinaltechnische Verrichtungen führst du innerhalb deiner FaGe-Kompetenzen sicher und selbstständig aus
  • Du beobachtest gesundheitliche Veränderungen aufmerksam und leitest relevante Informationen an die zuständigen Pflegefachpersonen weiter
  • Im Team bringst du dich aktiv ein und trägst dazu bei, dass die Betreuung auch an lebhaften Tagen gut organisiert und verlässlich bleibt

Sie bieten Ihrem neuen Arbeitgeber:

  • Dein Abschluss als Fachfrau Gesundheit EFZ / Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ oder eine entsprechende SRK-Anerkennung bildet deine fachliche Grundlage
  • Erfahrung in der Langzeitpflege ist von Vorteil, aber auch mit Erfahrung aus einem anderen Pflegebereich bist du bei uns willkommen
  • Du arbeitest aufmerksam und zuverlässig und kannst dich gut auf unterschiedliche Bewohnende und Situationen einstellen
  • In einem neuen Team findest du dich rasch zurecht, bringst dich aktiv ein und packst dort mit an, wo du gebraucht wirst

  • Lerne Team und Institution während deines temporären Einsatzes richtig kennen und entscheide danach, ob daraus vielleicht mehr werden darf
  • Wähle zwischen 60 und 100 % und verschiedenen Diensten und finde so ein Arbeitsmodell, das zu deinem aktuellen Alltag passt
  • Werde trotz temporärem Einsatz Teil des Teams, lerne die Bewohnenden kennen und finde deinen Platz im gemeinsamen Pflegealltag
  • Sag uns, was dir bei deiner nächsten Stelle wichtig ist, und wir suchen gezielt nach Möglichkeiten, die möglichst viel davon mitbringen
