In der Rehabilitation richtet sich der Blick nicht nur auf den heutigen Pflegebedarf, sondern immer auch auf das, was wieder möglich werden soll. Für eine Institution suchen wir eine Dipl. Pflegefachfrau HF/FH / einen Dipl. Pflegefachmann HF/FH (60-100 %) für einen temporären Einsatz. Du begleitest Patientinnen und Patienten über mehrere Etappen hinweg und erlebst ihre Entwicklung aus nächster Nähe. Pflege, Medizin und Therapie greifen dabei ineinander und machen deinen Arbeitsalltag fachlich besonders vielseitig.

Deine Aufgaben beim neuen Arbeitgeber:

  • Du begleitest Patientinnen und Patienten über verschiedene Reha-Phasen hinweg und richtest die Pflege an ihren aktuellen Möglichkeiten und Zielen aus
  • Was in Physio, Ergo und weiteren Therapien aufgebaut wird, greifst du im Pflegealltag auf und unterstützt die Übertragung in alltägliche Situationen
  • Du beurteilst pflegerische Entwicklungen, passt Massnahmen entsprechend an und behältst den weiteren Verlauf im Blick
  • Gemeinsam mit Medizin, Therapie und Pflege sorgst du dafür, dass die verschiedenen Massnahmen sinnvoll ineinandergreifen

Du bietest deinem neuen Arbeitgeber:

  • Dein Diplom als Dipl. Pflegefachfrau HF/FH / Dipl. Pflegefachmann HF/FH oder eine entsprechende SRK-Anerkennung hast du bereits in der Tasche
  • Reha-Erfahrung ist von Vorteil, aber kein Muss, wenn du bereits Pflegeerfahrung mitbringst und Lust auf dieses Fachgebiet hast
  • Du hast Freude daran, Entwicklungen über einen längeren Zeitraum mitzuverfolgen und Patientinnen und Patienten auf ihrem Weg zu begleiten
  • Gemeinsam statt nebeneinander zu arbeiten liegt dir und du bringst deine pflegerische Sicht aktiv in den Austausch mit Therapie und Medizin ein
