Für verschiedene Institutionen im Bereich Rehabilitation suchen wir Dipl. Pflegefachpersonen HF/FH (60-100 %) für temporäre Einsätze. Hier begleitest du Patientinnen und Patienten über mehrere Etappen ihres Aufenthalts und kannst Veränderungen unmittelbar in deine Pflegeplanung einfliessen lassen. Der enge Austausch mit Physio, Ergo, Medizin und weiteren Fachbereichen sorgt dafür, dass du den gesamten Rehabilitationsverlauf aus unterschiedlichen Perspektiven mitgestaltest.

Deine Aufgaben beim neuen Arbeitgeber:

  • Übernimm die pflegerische Verantwortung und richte deine Betreuung an den individuellen Rehabilitationszielen aus
  • Beurteile den Pflegebedarf laufend neu und passe deine Massnahmen an die aktuelle Entwicklung an
  • Übertrage gemeinsam mit Physio und Ergo therapeutische Ansätze in den Pflegealltag und unterstütze deren praktische Umsetzung
  • Bring deine pflegefachliche Einschätzung in Fallbesprechungen ein und wirke aktiv an der weiteren Rehabilitationsplanung mit

  • Du verfügst über ein Diplom als Pflegefachperson HF/FH oder eine entsprechende SRK-Anerkennung
