In der Langzeitpflege zählt nicht nur die fachgerechte Versorgung, sondern auch die persönliche Begleitung im Alltag. Für Institutionen in der Region Luzern suchen wir Fachfrauen und Fachmänner Gesundheit EFZ (60-100 %), die ihr Fachwissen im Rahmen eines temporären Einsatzes einbringen möchten.

Dabei erhältst du die Möglichkeit, neue Teams und Arbeitsweisen kennenzulernen und gleichzeitig Bewohnende über einen längeren Zeitraum zu begleiten. So verbindest du Abwechslung im Berufsalltag mit einer Pflege, bei der der Mensch im Mittelpunkt steht.

Deine Aufgaben beim neuen Arbeitgeber:

  • Begleite Bewohnende aufmerksam durch ihren Alltag und gestalte die Pflege individuell nach ihren Bedürfnissen
  • Setze dein Fachwissen bei pflegerischen und medizinaltechnischen Tätigkeiten gezielt und sicher ein
  • Behalte gesundheitliche Veränderungen im Blick und sorge dafür, dass wichtige Informationen im Team ankommen
  • Trage mit einer sorgfältigen Pflegedokumentation und einer guten Zusammenarbeit zu einer hohen Pflegequalität bei

Du bietest deinem neuen Arbeitgeber:

  • Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachfrau Gesundheit EFZ oder Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ oder über eine entsprechende SRK Anerkennung
  • Idealerweise bringst du bereits Erfahrung in der Langzeitpflege mit oder möchtest diesen Bereich näher kennenlernen
  • Mit deiner zuverlässigen und verantwortungsbewussten Art arbeitest du selbstständig und behältst auch in lebhaften Situationen den Überblick
  • Du gehst offen auf Bewohnende sowie neue Teams zu und findest dich rasch in unterschiedlichen Strukturen und Abläufen zurecht
