Ensure work is completed according to instructions and drawings. Monitor material usage and workforce requirements. Maintain site discipline and safety standards. Report daily progress and execution issues. Requirements 7–10+ years of relevant construction experience. Strong experience in workforce supervision and site delivery. Ability to coordinate workers and subcontractors. Knowledge of construction methods and site operations. Good leadership and communication skills.
